Service overview

One point of contact from lease signing to opening day

Most owners find out too late that the architect, the contractor, the equipment rep and the landlord all answer to different people, and none of them answer to your schedule. As your owner's representative we sit on your side of the table and hold every one of them to a single plan.

We run the budget, the schedule and the paperwork while you keep treating patients. You make the decisions that matter, we chase everybody else, and nothing reaches you without a recommendation already attached to it.

How we work

From feasibility to opening day

Five stages of oversight, so no decision sits waiting in somebody else's inbox.

Before you commit

Landlord and county
04.Construction oversight

What we manage on your behalf

One coordinated point of contact across every consultant, vendor and authority on the job. We do not hold the construction contract, which means our advice is never shaped by our own margin on the work.

Common questions

What owners ask about project management

01

What does an owner's representative actually do?

We manage everyone you would otherwise have to manage yourself. That means holding the architect to the plan you agreed, testing the contractor's pricing before you sign anything, tracking the permit through the county, reviewing every change order against the contract, and telling you plainly when something is worth paying for and when it is not.

02

Do I need this if I already have a contractor?

03

How are you paid, and does it add cost?

04

When should I bring you in?

05

What happens if the project falls behind?
